The RN – Occupational Health Nurse will play a crucial role in managing the health and safety of employees within our organization. This full-time position involves conducting pre-employment health screenings, administering immunizations, and triaging workplace injuries. Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-employment health screenings and physical exams
  • Administer immunizations and manage vaccination clinics
  • Triage workplace injuries and manage worker’s compensation claims
  • Develop and support wellness initiatives for injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in EHR systems
  • Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend injury risk reduction strategies
  • Educate employees on occupational safety and health practices
  • Partner with EHS to ensure OSHA compliance and reduce injuries

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse preferred
  • Clinical experience in urgent care, hospital medicine, or emergency settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on education

Education Requirements

  • RN diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Nursing (Registered Nurse)

Experience Requirements

  • Relevant clinical experience in occupational health or related fields
  • Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred
