Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(120,000 - \)130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Skills

  • Current unrestricted CA Occupational Therapist License
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • Valid CA Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of local community resources
  • Experience in home health care is preferred
  • Experience with high-acuity patients is a plus
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary teams is highly desired
  • Knowledge of state and federal homecare guidelines is a plus
  • Case Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential services aimed at improving patients’ ability to live safely and independently in their own homes.
  • Evaluate and address needs related to home safety, medication management, wheelchair seating, pain management, fall prevention, chronic disease management, dementia care, and caregiver training.
  • Serve as an educator and advocate for your patients.
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Education Requirements

  • CA Occupational Therapist License is required.
