Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for performing evaluations and re-certifications while directing therapy treatment. You’ll engage patients and families in home education/exercise programs and complete visit documentation utilizing Health Trust Software. Your role also includes scheduling patient visits to align with the plan of care and adhering to agency timelines for the successful completion of all necessary paperwork. Additionally, you will supervise COTAs as needed and attend team meetings.
