The Oculoplastic practice is seeking an associate on a partnership track. It is crucial for the practice that providers become part of the community and maintain a high ethical standard in their role. As an associate, you will quickly build a busy practice due to the expansive referral network and existing backlog. Surgeries are performed at a nearby surgery center that offers buy-in opportunities. After a couple of years, partnership may be offered.

A new associate will practice the full scope of oculoplastics, including orbital, functional, and cosmetic cases. The practice is expanding its cosmetic offerings and has a growing cosmetic practice.
