The position involves managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, recording accurate meeting minutes, and handling various forms of correspondence such as emails and memos. You will assist in generating reports, maintaining organized filing systems, updating office procedures, procuring office supplies, and keeping contact lists up to date.
