Skills

• Strong communication skills and a positive, easy-going personality

• Demonstrated ESL reading instruction skills
• Previous teaching experience in a K-12 or ESL setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach reading courses using the provided material and teaching guide
• Conduct classes with a focus on young learners aged 6-12
• Complete scheduled classes and maintain consistent time slots for recurring students
• Commit to teaching at least 4 full reading classes per week during prime learning hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or valid State/provincial teaching license required
