The OpCo Controller will be a key player in our New York City office, responsible for overseeing all controllership functions within the operating company. Responsibilities

  • Oversee controllership functions including general accounting and financial reporting
  • Set clear targets and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of operational risks and issues for proactive intervention
  • Ensure adherence to closing timetables and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate year-end statutory, audit, and tax financial processes
  • Manage technical accounting matters and liaise with the accounting operations team
  • Assist with system implementations to maintain data integrity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline
  • CPA license required
  • 10-15 years of experience in finance with 5+ years in management
  • History of strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment
