The Shift Manager, Operations Finishing is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and overseeing the production and maintenance of all units within the Finishing & Shipping Division. This role demands a focus on productivity, quality, maintenance, and shipping activities while supervising hourly personnel and addressing personnel, training, and light-administrative issues. The Shift Manager also supports Maintenance Engineers in daily safe maintenance work activities, including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-up of all maintenance tasks. This position requires rotating shift work.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited school

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Technical or non-technical degree preferred (Associates or Bachelor’s) in fields such as engineering, business management, or operational supervision.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
