We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Panama City, Florida! Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care. We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to ensure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

  • \(75,000-\)100,000 Sign-on Bonus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary based on experience with two models:
    • Base + Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
    • Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)

Responsibilities

  • Perform surgical procedures and patient consultations
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent patient care
  • Support the growth of the practice and mentor new staff
  • Participate in shared call rotations with MDs and ODs
  • Manage a patient load of 30-40 patients per day

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree with a specialty in Ophthalmology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
  • Strong track record in delivering patient care

Education Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Medical Degree

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in a surgical ophthalmology setting preferred
  • Ability to manage surgical volume of 400-1,000 procedures annually
