We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and provide hands-on support for clients in implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain ERP applications. You will play a key role in addressing functionality questions and resolving issues across various Supply Chain Management (SCM) areas, including Order Management, Inventory, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Cost Management.

In this role, you will be the go-to resource for recommending best practices and leveraging technology to meet our clients’ day-to-day business needs. You will also lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives and work closely with senior management to create a technology roadmap that supports key business goals.

Skills

• Strong ability to scope, plan, and manage both functional and technical implementations

Responsibilities

• Document and assess system integration with business processes, identifying any gaps or issues
• Build trusted partnerships with Supply Chain business users to understand their needs
• Identify opportunities to optimize Supply Chain processes and improve efficiency
• Generate meaningful reports for senior management
• Implement functionality as outlined in the roadmap to drive business success

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP, including at least 1-2 years with Oracle Cloud ERP
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required
• Strong experience with Supply Chain (SCM), ASCP, and/or Cost Accounting in an IT-related business role
• Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Cost Accounting & SLA
• Prior experience in implementing and upgrading Oracle Cloud SCM
• Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional team leader or project manager
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience working in international markets
