Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Field Service solutions tailored to business requirements to drive operational efficiency
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop detailed technical and functional documentation for solution architecture, workflows, and processes
• Stay current with Oracle Field Service products, emerging trends, and best practices to provide expert guidance
• Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and lead user training sessions for Oracle Field Service solutions
• Ensure all solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Field Service or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations
