Position Summary: A GRT Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer to provide ongoing support for integrations, reports, and new module implementations in an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. The role involves designing and developing solutions across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk modules. You will be responsible for building new integrations, developing custom reports, performing system enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the HCM platform. Key Responsibilities: HCM Integrations & Reporting: ● Develop integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BIP for modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Helpdesk. ● Create and maintain Fast Formulas, OTBI reports, and workflows to meet various business needs. ● Build and support HCM extension frameworks using Page & Application Composers and Visual Builder Studio. System Configuration & Enhancements: ● Configure, enhance, and customize existing Fusion Cloud HCM modules based on evolving business requirements. ● Conduct impact analysis and testing of quarterly patches and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems. ● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real time, providing prompt solutions to optimize efficiency and data integrity. Ongoing Support & Maintenance: ● Address system defects, performance bottlenecks, and data flow issues; collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve SRs. ● Ensure smooth handoffs and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders; document processes, system configurations, and best practices. ● Provide guidance on data validations, security configurations, and HCM Cloud functionalities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: ● Partner closely with business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors to align HCM capabilities with organizational needs. ● Design and implement ad-hoc BI Publisher and OTBI reports to provide actionable insights to end-users and leadership. ● Facilitate test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments for new integrations and enhancements. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: ● Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding teams on best practices, design standards, and efficient workflows. ● Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior developers and support staff. ● Stay informed about the latest Oracle Cloud features, functionalities, and emerging technologies, recommending improvements as needed. Required Qualifications: ● 5+ Years of in-depth, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Helpdesk). ● 5+ Years of proficiency with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, and other HCM tools. ● Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for creating and troubleshooting complex queries. ● Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for orchestrating integrations. ● Solid understanding of SaaS and PaaS in a cloud environment. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under multiple deadlines. ● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system issues. Nice-to-Have Skills: ● Experience with HCM Cloud Security, Oracle BICC Extracts, PVOs, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS). ● Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Redwood UI. ● Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules. ● Experience building advanced integrations with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). Additional Details: ● Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis. ● This is a Contract position with the opportunity for full-time conversion. ● Location Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to New York, NY; the position is fully remote but requires local residency.
