We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our client’s private office. The ideal candidate will have completed an oral surgery residency or be in the process of completing one. They would also consider a general dentist that has their IV sedation permit. Initially focusing on wisdom teeth extractions, the role may eventually expand to include other oral surgery procedures. Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered based on preference.

The Oral Surgeon must possess extensive expertise in oral and maxillofacial procedures, emphasizing patient care, surgical excellence, and comprehensive treatment planning. You will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures, managing patient assessments, and collaborating with general dentists and specialists to ensure optimal oral health outcomes.   • Valid license or certification as an Oral Surgeon or equivalent credential
  • Proven experience performing oral surgery procedures in a dental clinic or healthcare setting

  • Excellent understanding of pediatric dentistry principles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient backgrounds

Education Requirements

  • Completion of an Oral Surgery residency or equivalent training

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in performing oral surgery procedures within a dental settings
  • Prior experience in general dentistry or specialty practices such as endodontics or prosthodontics is advantageous
