Skills

• 1+ years of order entry experience (preferably in construction or manufacturing)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the internal system
• Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Update, revise, or cancel orders as needed
• Verify customer account information for accuracy
• Provide vendor support and client services
• Process invoices and billing (experience in this area is a plus!)
• Handle high-volume data entry—no two days are the same!
• Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of order entry experience (preferably in construction or manufacturing)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
