Responsibilities

  • Accurately input customer orders, product details, and shipping information into internal systems
  • Review order data for completeness and accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse staff to clarify order details
  • Monitor order status and update customers with tracking or delivery information
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed orders
  • Assist with returns, cancellations, and backorder tracking
  • Perform general administrative support duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or order processing is preferred
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
