We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team on a temporary basis for a minimum of six months, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will support our customer service team during a system migration, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is fully in-office, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.

  • At least 1 year of experience in order entry, preferably within SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system.
  • Assist with transferring data from Excel spreadsheets into SAP.
  • Support the customer service team during the SAP system migration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in order entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
