The Organizational Change Manager Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation of new systems, ensuring the formation of change networks and super user communities. This position involves engaging leaders to drive change within their teams and creating effective communication strategies to engage all stakeholders and change recipients, thereby achieving a high rate of user adoption and return on investment from the implementation of new systems, specifically Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Case Management) across the US.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in change management
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG or equivalent) preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields
• At least 5 years of consulting or business experience
• Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, or regulated industries, with a minimum of 3 years
