Residents, fellows, and new graduates are welcome to apply! ✅ Why Join Us? ✔️ Competitive Pay: $200,000 - $350,000/year base salary ✔️ Upfront Incentive: $15,000 Sign-on bonus ✔️ Comprehensive and negotiable benefits package ✔️ Stable, Full-Time practice schedule ✔️ Opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative multi-specialty team ✔️ Ideal setting for new graduates to gain robust clinical and surgical experience ✅ Qualifications ✔️ MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with completed Orthopedic Surgery residency/fellowship training ✔️ Active, unrestricted New York State Medical License ✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery ✔️ Open to newly graduated residents, fellows, and experienced advanced practitioners ✔️ Proficiency in specialized diagnostic evaluation, surgical repair, and conservative treatment protocols ✔️ Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills ✅ Key Responsibilities ✔️ Diagnostic Evaluation & Treatment Planning Obtain thorough patient histories, perform targeted physical exams, order blood tests for degenerative bone conditions, and utilize specialized imaging equipment to assess injuries and determine optimal treatment modalities. ✔️ Surgical Interventions & Bone/Joint Repair Perform surgical procedures to repair broken bones, damaged nerves, ligaments, tendons, and joints to restore function, promote healing, and alleviate acute and chronic pain. ✔️ Non-Surgical Care & Rehabilitation Develop non-invasive treatment plans, incorporating prescribed exercise regimens, ultrasound therapies, strength training, and tailored post-surgical rehabilitation programs. ✔️ Pharmacotherapy & Healing Tracking Prescribe appropriate medications to aid in patient recovery, continuously monitor healing progression, and make necessary adjustments to long-term treatment plans. ✔️ Team Supervision & Specialty Referrals Supervise and assign duties to nursing and clinical support staff, while coordinating referrals to other medical specialists for comprehensive patient recovery. ✔️ Continuous Medical Education Remain current on modern orthopedic techniques, surgical advancements, and clinical guidelines by attending medical conferences and continuing education courses.
