The Specialist, Paid Social will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and execution of paid social campaigns. This role involves outlining effective strategies and techniques for accounts, implementing paid media disciplines, presenting recommendations and strategies to clients, and leading and mentoring junior team members. A demonstrated and comprehensive knowledge of paid social is essential to effectively drive the tactical execution of campaigns and consistently exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years paid social experience
  • Prior experience leading channel strategy and campaign development
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Meta Blueprint certification is a bonus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
