Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy by delivering personalized ABA therapy in our outpatient clinic and approved community settings.
• Implement client-specific programs, behavior plans, and activities under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Document clinical progress accurately and timely.
• Maintain client privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in scheduled staff and supervision meetings.
• Complete onboarding training and submit required documentation within the given timeframe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• RBT Certification or ABA experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Education Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma/GED.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• Preference for candidates with RBT Certification or those enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move swiftly to ensure client safety.
