Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage of \(40-\)50 based on experience
  • Flexible part-time schedule (2 or 3 days per week with some Saturday availability, 2 or 3 Saturdays per month)

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Chiropractic techniques, including Diversified and Drops
  • Ability to perform patient exams and evaluations
  • Excellent communication and educational skills
  • Ability to build positive doctor-patient relationships
  • Organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations (review medical history and pertinent imaging/records)
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations of the body
  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine Chiropractic care
  • Provide a recommended course of treatment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary
  • Conduct regular wellness reviews and follow-up treatments
  • Make follow-up calls to patients
  • Participate in community marketing alongside clinic owners and other chiropractors
  • Attend morning huddles and team meetings to support clinic KPIs

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid DC license in KY

Education Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree

  • Professional Degree

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required
