Responsibilities

• Travel to healthcare provider offices or patient homes to conduct system calibration and patient training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on system use and maintenance.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.
• Train healthcare providers to calibrate and instruct patients on system use.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in patient care, clinical research, or a similar in-person clinical setting (must be documented on resume).
• Experience with urology or urogynecology patients is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Personal NPI number disclosure (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance (or valid state ID).
• Willingness to complete vendor credentialing (e.g., RepTrax) if required in certain areas.
• Documentation of TB screening within 30 days of contract date.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in patient care or a clinical setting.
