Skills

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California
  
• Proven leadership, clinical supervision, and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities, assessments, and treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership to a team of mental health professionals
  
• Develop, implement, and evaluate a dynamic mental health program
  
• Mentor and supervise Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs)
  
• Oversee the intake of referrals, assessments, and person-centered treatment plans
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions and review client progress
  
• Support staff in facilitating Child and Family Team meetings
  
• Oversee Medi-Cal approvals and conduct file audits
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  
• Minimum 2+ years of post-licensure supervision experience in a clinical setting, ideally with children and families
