Responsibilities

• As a Trainee Photographer:

  • Use Nikon DSLR equipment (provided)
  • Capture high-quality portraits and candid photos
  • Set up and tear down equipment
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
  • No editing or post-processing required.

• As an Assistant:

  • Help graduates with contact cards and robes
  • Keep graduates organized and ready for photos
  • Maintain order and track name cards during ceremonies
  • Support photographers to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Professional appearance adhering to the dress code:
  • Conservative business suit in dark colors
  • Clean and neat grooming, no unusual hair colors
  • No facial piercings and tattoos must be covered
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks
