Description

We are seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our multispecialty medical practice as a remote consultant, either part-time or full-time, catering to patients in the Atlanta, GA area. This position offers flexibility with the potential to increase days and hours as patient flow expands. While our primary office is located in Georgia, the incoming Physician must be licensed to practice in GA, although residing there is not a requirement. Having licensure in other states is a significant advantage as we aim to broaden our services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating disorders via Telehealth, delivering comprehensive care to patients facing a variety of conditions. This position necessitates a commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing preventative and integrative approaches, and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals through telehealth.

Skills

• Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• MD/DO license to practice in GA (residency not required)
• Multistate medical licensure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients via virtual telehealth visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
• Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including GPs and Medical Directors, to determine patient care
• Provide remote care services
• Engage in research activities to advance the understanding of disorders and improve treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate medical records and coding for all patient interactions
• Stay current with advancements in the field

Qualifications

• BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• MD/DO license to practice in GA
• Comfort and experience with telehealth
• Interest in wellness and preventative care

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
