We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our practice part-time in Virginia, providing remote/telehealth services along with occasional in-person care. The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and a team player, eager to collaborate with a dynamic group of providers to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. The position will operate on a hybrid basis, requiring the LCSW to be licensed to practice in VA, with a preference for candidates who possess or are willing to obtain licensure in DE for remote coverage.

Compensation and Benefits

• \(38-\)39 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Clinical Social Worker program
• Licensed by the State Board to provide therapy in Virginia (DE and MD licensure considered a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience as an individually licensed practitioner preferred
