We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team and provide remote behavioral health therapy to both adult and pediatric patients. As a part-time counselor, you will have the flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends based on your availability, with the schedule starting after 3 PM and on weekends.

In this role, you will conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans, and offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed. You will also provide care coordination, document clinical interventions, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations, providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to review treatment plans and assess patient progress
  • Coordinate care with psychiatric consultants as needed
  • Attend clinical team meetings and contribute to case discussions
  • Maintain high-quality clinical care while meeting productivity standards
  • Perform crisis interventions and assess safety concerns
  • Design and implement treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust as necessary
  • Work closely with family members to provide education and support

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the Department of Public Health (DPH)
  • Experience in behavioral health therapy for both adults and children

Experience in providing behavioral health therapy in an outpatient setting is preferred.
