Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on the number of active families in your service area, with earning potential of:

• Up to $4,500 per year for a smaller cluster (3 families)
• Up to $9,300 per year for a larger cluster (11 families)

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the Au Pair matching process and help them navigate program regulations
• Conduct in-home interviews to prepare families for hosting an Au Pair
• Provide ongoing support through monthly check-ins with families and Au Pairs
• Organize in-person cultural events and activities for Au Pairs
• Foster relationships with families and Au Pairs to ensure quality experiences
• Address challenges and conflicts professionally, providing guidance and solutions
• Promote the Au Pair program in your community to expand your cluster

Qualifications

• Passionate about cultural exchange and building relationships
• Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, or customer support is a plus
• Interest in marketing and local outreach is a bonus
