Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: \(4,500 to \)9,300 per year
• Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families supported
• Monthly payments for deliverables submitted

Responsibilities

• Provide information and support to families during the matching process
• Explain program regulations, policies, and rules to Host Families and Au Pairs
• Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program regulations
• Facilitate in-home orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival
• Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through phone and in-person interactions
• Organize cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs
• Collaborate with headquarters staff to support families and Au Pairs
• Build personal relationships with families and Au Pairs while ensuring high-quality communication
• Execute marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters
• Assist in crisis and conflict situations with professionalism
• Support families and Au Pairs in conflict resolution and issue management

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling and conflict resolution (preferred)
• Interest in marketing and community engagement (preferred)
• Access to a tablet for in-home visits and orientations (preferred)
