Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and effective onsite support to our customers, including patients and hospital staff, ensuring that services meet or exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting our services.
• Guide customers in using our interactive systems and familiarize them with its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed, such as TVs, pillow speakers, and phones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings, including COVID-19 vaccination.
