Skills

  • Active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
  • Experience with pediatric trauma work (required).
  • EMDR training (preferred).
  • License in Pennsylvania (and other states a plus!).
  • Comfort and proficiency in providing telehealth services via video.
  • Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic team environment.
  • A warm, engaging, and empathetic clinical style.
  • A genuine passion for helping kids and teens thrive.
  • Availability to work evening hours.
  • Potential availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential therapeutic support to kids and teens facing a variety of challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate, guide, and empower clients to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Active LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC license.
  • Experience with pediatric trauma work.
  • EMDR training is preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Relevant educational background in mental health or related field.

  • Licensure in mental health therapy (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC).

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working as a therapist with children and adolescents, particularly in trauma.
