As a Part Time Engagement Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to train Product Demonstrators in-store, helping them engage consumers and boost sales. You will onboard new employees, foster positive relationships with store personnel, and exemplify best practices by conducting product demonstrations as needed. Responsibilities

• Meet associates in-store on their first day and demonstrate product demonstration setup
• Introduce Product Demonstrators to store management and review engagement protocols
• Support store engagement goals
• Conduct regular store visits on a set schedule
• Perform performance audits with store management
• Continue training Product Demonstrators on event management and customer engagement
• As needed, perform duties of a Product Demonstrator including setup and breakdown of displays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, or coaching is preferred
• Availability Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (6-hour schedule)
• Must pass online Food Safety training exam
