As a Part Time Engagement Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to train Product Demonstrators in-store, helping them engage consumers and boost sales. You will onboard new employees, foster positive relationships with store personnel, and exemplify best practices by conducting product demonstrations as needed.
