As a Part Time Engagement Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to train Product Demonstrators in-store, helping them engage consumers and boost sales. You will onboard new employees, foster positive relationships with store personnel, and exemplify best practices by conducting product demonstrations as needed. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and capable of delivering clear and concise training to motivate the retail team in making sales and generating excitement.

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Ability to travel to multiple retailers within a 20-mile radius

Responsibilities

  • Meet associates in-store on their first day and demonstrate product demonstration setup
  • Introduce Product Demonstrators to store management and review engagement protocols
  • Support store engagement goals
  • Conduct regular store visits on a set schedule
  • Perform performance audits with store management
  • Continue training Product Demonstrators on event management and customer engagement
  • As needed, perform duties of a Product Demonstrator including setup and breakdown of displays

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, or coaching is preferred
  • Availability Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (6-hour schedule)
  • Must pass online Food Safety training exam
