Compensation and Benefits

  • Guaranteed 24 hours per week, with the potential for up to 32 hours during peak season

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Internet usage)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain shelves at major retailers to ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing
  • Ensure product freshness and process returns of unsaleable products
  • Increase sales volume by selling and building displays
  • Drive speed to market and distribution for new product releases
  • Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred
