Skills

• Active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
• License in South Carolina (and other states a plus!).
• Comfort and proficiency in providing telehealth services via video.
• Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate, guide, and empower clients to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide comprehensive care.
• Contribute to the development and piloting of innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Comfort and proficiency in providing telehealth services.
• Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• A warm, engaging, and empathetic approach in clinical practice.

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Licensed Mental Health Professional.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents is preferred.
