This recognized law firm is currently seeking a Patent Associate or Patent Agent with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology to become a vital member of their team. The position requires relevant prior patent prosecution experience, ideally gained after graduation from law school. Candidates with experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of molecular biology, immunology, immuno-oncology, genetics, and/or agricultural biotechnology are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. USPTO Membership is required.
