We are a dentist recruiting company helping a busy private office that is seeking a pediatric dentist or a children's dentist. The associate could work full time or part time, depending on their preference. The office has been well established for over 15 years now and is averaging 4.7 stars out of hundreds of reviews. They have a busy patient base already established for the new provider, as well as many new patients each month. The office has a mix of children's dentistry & orthodontics, so they refer very well to each other. There is also excellent mentoring and or collaboration with the owners. A full time pediatric dentist could expect to earn between 350K and 500K per year. A general dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 300K. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of everything, CE stipend and more. The office accepts 60% Medicaid, 35% PPOs and 5% FFS, while still keeping a high focus on quality dentistry. The office is a beautiful one with all of the latest in equipment. They also have an amazing staff that work very well together. The more complex procedures can be seeing at the hospital or in office with an anesthesiologist, depending on preference. Personal Attributes: Must love children!
