You will work with infants, toddlers, and their families, guiding them through developmental milestones and unlocking their full potential. As part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with Early Interventionists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists to create personalized treatment plans and provide direct speech intervention.

Compensation and Benefits

Earn \(39.38 - \)48.13 per hour, with potential for additional differentials based on bilingual skills, experience, and tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Empower families by working closely with them, doctors, and community partners to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement the Coaching Model, empowering families to take an active role in their child’s development.
  • Provide compassionate care while approaching every interaction with empathy and respect.
  • Connect with families through a combination of in-person and telehealth services.
  • Travel within the county to see patients in their natural environments such as home, daycare, and community settings.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
  • A current license to practice speech therapy in Texas.
  • A valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to maintain approved driving status.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience providing speech therapy to young children and coaching families.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of typical and atypical child development.

  • Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
