Order, interpret, and analyze required diagnostic tests and laboratory results. ✔️ Care Plan Customization Prescribe medications and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans appropriate for pediatric patients. ✔️ Family-Centered Care & Education Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, childhood safety, injury prevention, disease management, and age-appropriate developmental expectations, bridging language gaps using Bengali-fluency when needed. ✔️ Interdisciplinary Care Coordination Coordinate patient care and complex follow-ups seamlessly with pediatric specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice network. ✔️ EMR Compliance & Tracking Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records while providing compassionate care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of pediatric patients.
