Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is \(17-\)20 per hour, reflecting data based on California’s cost of labor analysis. Salary is determined by relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and geographical location.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for internal and external platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to third-party reviews and discussions.

  • Help coordinate logistics for People Programs and new hire orientation.
  • Gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Support new hires, helping them feel welcomed and connected.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Communications, Organizational Development, Sociology, or Marketing).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Sociology, Marketing, or related field (currently pursuing).

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Undergraduate Degree.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in content creation or community engagement is preferred but not required.
