• Strong written and spoken English skills (B2 level or above)
• Basic familiarity with HR concepts (performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, or recruitment)
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets and documents

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in performance management and employee engagement
• Assist with performance review cycles, including form preparation and feedback summarization
• Help plan and execute engagement initiatives like surveys and virtual team activities
• Analyze survey results and provide practical recommendations
• Create and update HR documentation such as policies and onboarding materials
• Participate in team discussions and observe People Ops workflows
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• No previous professional experience required, but demonstrated initiative is highly valued

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program related to Human Resources or a relevant field
