  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
  • 3-4+ years of business/tech experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience in PeopleSoft HCM (required)
  • Ability to write macros and queries (required)
  • Excel functional knowledge (required)
  • Experience in project management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SDLC (required)
  • 1-3 years experience in US HR Payroll (preferred)
  • Ability to code and create SQL reports (good to have)
