Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients during critical moments such as policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultation
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing tasks like manual declaration pages, downloaded policy transactions, and various endorsements
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and personnel, including underwriters, assistants, and marketing representatives
• Support your team by stepping in as needed to back up other Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors

Qualifications

• Active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance)
• At least two years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred

• Relevant certification or license as required (General Lines P&C license)
