Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving territory business plans
- Ability and willingness to travel within a defined geographical region, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
Responsibilities
- Support vacant territories within your assigned geographical region, ensuring consistent coverage and sustained sales momentum
- Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed established KPIs and sales goals
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including key opinion leaders, to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating clinical data and product value to diverse healthcare providers
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives such as speaker programs, symposia, and special events to maximize market penetration
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting
- Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance guidelines while upholding ethical and professional sales practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience required
