Skills

• Experience in assessing testability of requirements and providing business guidance
• Proficient in validation of test results and evaluating quality assurance
• Knowledge in various stages of application testing, including Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, and End-to-End Testing
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum

Responsibilities

• Implement the PBA application for DHB Pharmacy Business
• Collaborate with workgroups around product deliverables
• Perform quality assurance across different testing stages
• Work with end users to ensure thorough user acceptance testing
• Analyze requirements and identify use cases and test case scenarios
• Provide feedback to senior-level decision-makers for strategic product solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Support the product lifecycle from conception through implementation
• Maintain and manage all Product artifacts to achieve business goals

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid applications, preferably in Pharmacy Functional Areas
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare functions and business segments
• Previous experience in Medicaid or Managed Care areas
• Strong orientation towards quality assurance and testing methodologies

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
