We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing, multi-disciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice in Aurora, CO. This role focuses on 100% outpatient care, offering exemplary patient care to both established and new patients. You will be an integral part of our team-based treatment approach and must excel in collaboration with other providers. Our patient population primarily consists of outpatient orthopedic cases, along with a small percentage of vestibular and neurological patients. Our main objective is patient-centered care, and we equip our employees with all the necessary tools to grow as clinicians and treat patients effectively. The new PTA will initially float between two offices in Aurora, with plans to settle in one office long-term.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: \(55,000 - \)65,000 plus PTO and benefits.
• Hourly rate: \(30 - \)35 per hour plus benefits for eligible positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred, but recent graduates will be considered.
• Valid PTA license in Colorado.
