We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in the Philadelphia PA area. The incoming Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will focus on high-quality patient care for patients with podiatric concerns and complex wound management. Our ideal PA or NP has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a comprehensive team to offer patients the best care they need and deserve! Willingness to travel around the area is necessary, as the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will cover multiple clinics in the greater Philadelphia area including Glenolden, Chester, East Norriton, and Northeast Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care and management
  • Order diagnostic tests and labs/imaging
  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions
  • Act as a liaison between patients and physicians to coordinate care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA or NP License to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in Orthopedics or Family Medicine is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, working independently

Education Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

  • Graduate degree

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
