Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in Maintenance Reliability strategies across Flat Roll manufacturing facilities
• Develop and execute multiple improvement programs and projects
• Support the execution of Preventative/Predictive Programs and Maintenance Planning Processes
• Conduct analysis of system maintainability and reliability studies of equipment
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of systems and subsystems
• Conduct field analysis of operations and provide feedback to functional groups
• Identify operational delays and lead continuous improvement activities
• Develop monthly progress reports for Operating areas
• Create effective PMs for equipment to support business unit metrics
• Interact with other Operating facilities to maintain consistent practices

Qualifications

• Earned B.S. in Engineering, 4-year Technical Degree, or equivalent experience in a maintenance environment
• Demonstrated knowledge in a maintenance context is required
