Your role is crucial in selecting and sequencing content for our twice-daily playlists, showcasing your strong editorial judgment. What We're Looking For: Passion for Podcasts: We're seeking someone who is well-versed in the world of podcasts and is in touch with current events and popular culture, with a focus on the U.S. market. Editorial Skills: A background in audio journalism or news/talk programming would be a bonus, as you'll be responsible for enhancing the content quality. Adaptability: You'll need to continuously learn and utilize new tools and systems, always seeking ways to enhance content and provide valuable feedback. Collaborative Spirit: You'll work closely with colleagues from Programming, Product, and Development teams, reporting on system errors, content blockers, and keeping everyone informed. Attention to Detail: Your ability to focus on even the smallest details, combined with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, is key to your success. Innovative Thinking: We encourage you to bring your ideas to the table to improve our editing processes. Audio Enthusiast: A significant part of your role will involve listening to audio content, so a genuine passion for sound is a must. Basic Qualifications: A graduate in any stream. Basic proficiency in digital audio workspace (DAW). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with computers and basic MS Office skills. Analytical and logical reasoning skills. Preferred Qualifications: Communication skills that can make content shine. Familiarity with DAW software (e.g., Audacity, ProTools) and MS Office.
