We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to support our snow removal and landscaping services, particularly for large RFPs and national-level projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, management, and operational teams to create accurate and profitable proposals. You’ll also play a key part in analyzing expense and subcontractor data, maintaining company databases, and supporting the implementation of key business systems like Salesforce and NetSuite. This remote position is open to candidates based in Wisconsin or Illinois.

Responsibilities
Develop Sales Bids & Contracts – Assist in creating and processing sales bids for snow removal and landscaping services.
Shape Pricing Strategies – Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop competitive pricing models tailored to large RFPs.
Prepare Winning Proposals – Work with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing components are accurate and comprehensive.
Analyze Performance Data – Evaluate past RFP outcomes to refine strategies and improve bidding success.
Financial Modeling – Build financial models to assess profitability, revenue impact, and cost implications.
Manage Company Databases – Maintain accurate data, oversee pricing uploads, and ensure seamless database operations in Salesforce and NetSuite.
Review Field Services Data – Ensure service records are accurate, efficient, and profitable.
Identify Inefficiencies – Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
Oversee Expense Management – Validate and oversee expense data within the ERP system.
Support Customer Billing – Assist in generating accurate billing reports based on service data.
Process Subcontractor Data – Ensure subcontractor records are handled efficiently and identify trends in payments.
Enhance System Implementation – Support projects involving Salesforce and NetSuite to improve operational efficiency.
Provide Analytical Insights – Create reports that highlight trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Improve Pricing Approvals – Collaborate on designing a structured approval process for customer and subcontractor pricing.
Offer Administrative Support – Assist with accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with a focus on analytics
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
