Description

The Principal Counsel in Business and Legal Affairs will provide essential advice and counsel to business and legal colleagues on various distribution issues and complex contractual provisions. This role involves addressing novel legal questions that arise from technological advancements, marketplace developments, and compliance with FCC and other regulations. You will work closely with lawyers and executives from multiple internal groups including network and studio legal and business affairs, sales, technology, regulatory, antitrust counsel, labor relations, privacy, music, affiliate relations, and ad sales and operations to analyze and advise on complicated legal and regulatory issues in emerging distribution platforms and business models.
